We are excited to announce the latest release for Bill4Time featuring several enhancements aimed at optimizing your user experience and providing increased functionality. Below are the key highlights of this release:

1. Enhanced Payment Screen Information:

   • Users can now view specific payment details for each client directly on the payment screen, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient payment process. The system will display the approved method of payment and the corresponding amount approved for each individual client, offering real-time insights into the financial aspects of their client interactions.

   • To further enhance user efficiency, notifications on the payment screen will dynamically change based on the client's system approval. Users will be promptly notified of any alterations to the approved method or amount, preventing them from entering payment details that may not be accepted.

   • This feature aims to save valuable time and enhance the user experience by eliminating the need for users to enter payment information that does not align with the client's approval status.

2. Improved Statement Feature:

   • Our statement feature now preserves user sort order and viewing preferences. When users are actively working within the grid, the system will retain the chosen settings for a more personalized and efficient experience.

3. Enhanced Calendar Integration:

   • Users now have the convenience of a "Select All" function when inviting participants to an event using the integrated calendar within Bill4Time. This streamlined process ensures a more efficient and user-friendly approach to managing events and collaborations.

4. Audit Trail for Time Entries:

   • With the introduction of the "User Created" and "Updated By" fields, users will now have greater transparency into time entries. This feature displays information about who originally created the entry and who last updated it, offering valuable insights into the history of each time record.
