Client-Specific Codes

Hi.  A feature that would be very useful to my firm and probably many other insurance defense firms are client-specific codes.  For example Client A pays $0.15/copy, Client B pays $0.18, but Client C doesn't pay us for copies.  Would we be able to have a cost code "E101-ClientA$0.15" and "E101-ClientC$0.00" or maybe a feature so the codes could auto populate with the client-specific cost amount.  So we would set up the client and, kind of how we set up billing rates at client level, also set up costs.

  While we don't currently have this feature available, we see the potential benefits it could bring to your firm and others in similar industries. We will carefully consider your suggestion as we plan future updates and enhancements to our software.

  In the meantime, our team will explore possibilities for implementing client-specific cost codes or automated features for populating codes with client-specific cost amounts. We'll keep you informed of any developments regarding this feature.
