Our company uses a company credit card and Expensify has a great feature that pulls all credit card charges in. Dates, merchant names, and dollar amounts are entered automatically. It also creates a convenient "e-reciept" for smaller charges so you don't have to take a picture of every receipt. For larger receipts you can take a picture just like Bill4Time. In Expensify we sort all the expenses into various reports - some are for Projects and will be billed back to the customer and those that don't go into Projects are usually office or other kinds of company expenses. It's nice because no expenses are overlooked.
Our boss uses the Expensify report to do his accounting - pulls all expenses into Quickbooks. We use Bill4Time to do Time tracking and other Project management tasks. Unfortunately we have to enter our expenses again into each Project. It would be COOL if we could pull our Project report and all the receipts from our Expensify report into a Bill4Time project. Some companies don't like the e-receipts and for those we could just take a picture of the actual receipt. But most companies are OK with them.
