How about an integration with Expensify?

    Hello C. Hellyner,

The integration you've described sounds like a great idea! I've passed this over to our developers to see if this could be implemented in the system. If possible, I will be sure to update this post with a timeline, etc. Thanks for your suggestion!

I recognize that it would be a major pain to enter the expense entry data twice, once in Expensify and then again in Bill4Time. As a temporary workaround until an integration can be built, would it be workable to export the expenses from Expensify and then have our database engineers import these into your account under their respective Clients and Projects?

Wow! Now I've got my hopes up!

By workaround do you mean a one-time pull-in of an Expensify report? Or can you provide instructions so we can pull them in ourselves as needed. We each generate multiple Project reports every month and there are several of us having to do this. So a one-time pull-in won't be very useful. But if there are any instructions that we could perform this action till there is an easy "browse to your expensify report" button I am all ears! I will be happy to provide a report file for testing.

    Thanks for feeling my pain!

    Hello C. Hellyner,

I'll go ahead and create a Support Ticket and send you an outline of this workaround I have in mind. Essentially, we would need a standardized data table (like Excel or CSV format) and then we can import this as frequently as needed. Thanks again for your suggestion!
