Batch entry for internal time

Allow batch entry for the internal Time (non-billable) function to allow those who are more operations support to enter in batch at one time instead of making a separate entry for each day.

This would be extremely helpful for those clients who have billable project time and non-project functions (i.e vacation time) which is entered into the system.
