Add expense entry on project that the timer is running on.

Add “Add an expense” button to the timer panel, so you don’t have to stop timer, open expense; add client; project; add description; restart timer.

Automatically adds expense to the project you are currently working on while the timer is running.

Similar to Randall A. Juip suggestion  “Add a “save and Add expense” button to the new time entry window so
