make all "contact" fields visable from "add contact" page

When "editing a contact", all fields for that contact are visable (work phone mobile phone, etc), but only a few are visable when "adding a contact".  Perhaps all fields for a contact could be visable on the "add contacts" page as well (to match what is seen on the "edit contacts"page.. so that all information may be entered at one time (rather then adding  the few fields visable at the time of adding the contact, then having to find that contact from the "contacts page" and editting the record to  add the additional information.
