The Data Management tab in Bill4Times enables efficiently managing exports and bulk statement downloads. By leveraging its features, users can streamline their data handling processes, ensuring that all necessary information is readily accessible and well-organized. Accessing & Exporting from the Data Management Tab
- Click your name located at the top right
- From the dropdown menu click on Data Management
- You will then be brought to the File Downloads tab
- To perform a new export, click into the Export tab
- Use the dropdown menu to select the type of data you wish to export
- Set your desired date range
- Click "Begin Export"
A pop-up window will appear letting you know that your export is processing and will be available on the File Downloads tab once completed. You will also receive an email confirmation once the export is complete.
Key Features
The Data Management tab provides several key functionalities aimed at improving data handling efficiency:
- Export Records: As a user, if you have access to Exports then any exports you run will show in your data management tab. They will remain available for download for 30 days. However, the record will remain for your reference to ensure your downloads remain concurrent.
- Bulk Statement Downloads: When statements are downloaded in bulk, when they are ready for download to your PC they will appear on the Data Management Tab. They will remain available for 30 days for download.
File Type: Designates if it is a Statement Bulk Download, or an Export. Each type of Export will be specified.
File Name: This will be the name when downloaded to your PC.
Download: The arrow to download the file will remain available for 30 days. If an arrow is not shown, this export or bulk statement will need to be regenerated.
Summary: If an export has a filtering date, such as matters, the summary will show the dates selected for the export.
Generated Date: This is the date the statement or exports were generated.
Expiry Date: This is the date the Download ability will no longer be available.
