Subscribing to a matter is a helpful tool to stay updated on work others complete on a matter. If someone is assigned or subscribed to a project, then they can receive email alerts anytime another user makes a time entry, expense entry, note, or file attachment into the program.
Subscribe to a Project/Matter
- To subscribe to a project yourself, navigate to the desired project and simply click the blue "Subscribe" button.
- To subscribe another user to a project, navigate to the desired project and click the blue "Edit" button, then check off the names of each desired users and click "Save".
Edit Email Alerts for Subscribers
- Navigate to either your profile or the Users Management page, then click into the "Email Alerts" subtab for the desired user's profile.
- From here you can choose to enable Email Alerts for all subscribed projects, or for only certain projects.
- Click the "Save Changes" button when finished.
If you no longer wish to be subscribed to a certain project, simply navigate back to that project and click the "Unsubscribe" button (this does not prevent you from being able to enter time to this project).
