After setting up your Google Calendar Integration you can easily create, edit, and delete calendar events in Bill4Time.
Creating a new calendar event
There are multiple ways to create a new calendar event in Bill4Time.
A) Click the +New button on the upper right corner of the calendar. Enter event details and click Save.
B) Click any time slot on the calendar in the Day, Week, or Month view to create a new event at that time. Enter event details and click Save.
Creating a time entry from a calendar event
There are multiple ways to create a time entry from a calendar event.
A) Click any event on the calendar. On the event preview modal, click the green clock icon to create a time entry.
B) Click any event on the calendar. Click the blue pencil icon to edit the event. On the edit event modal, click the green clock icon to create a time entry.
Editing a calendar event
- Click the event you want to edit
- Click the blue pencil icon on the preview modal to edit the event
- Edit the event details and click Save
Deleting a calendar event
There are multiple ways to delete an event from the Bill4Time calendar.
A) Delete an event from the preview modal
- Click the event you want to delete
- Click the red trash can icon on the preview modal
- The event will now be deleted from both your Bill4Time calendar and your Google calendar
B) Delete an event from the edit modal
- Click the event you want to delete
- Click the blue pencil icon on the preview modal to edit the event
- Click the DELETE EVENT button on the edit modal
- The event will now be deleted from both your Bill4Time calendar and your Google calendar
