Deleting your account will permanently delete your settings, data (including time entries and invoices), and users, this information will not be able to be recovered. Instead disabling your account is free, and when needed the Bill4Time team is happy to help you access this information.
To permanently delete your Bill4Time account, please contact the Bill4Time Customer Success team at 877-245-5484 or email Support@Bill4Time.com, please include your Company ID in the email, when logged into the website can be located on your dashboard tab, in parentheses to the right of your company name
