Enabling ACH as a payment option for your clients can be done within the Client Portal Settings of your Bill4Time account. Once enabled, your client can then add an their preferred bank account details into the Client Portal in order to pay their invoices via ACH rather than by Credit Card.
Below you will see two PDF guide's available. Company Guide - Setup ACH will give full instructions for the company to setup ACH as an option in your client portal. User Guide - Pay with ACH will give full instructions for the user to setup their bank account in order to pay for their invoices using ACH.
*PLEASE NOTE*
- In order to add their bank account details to the Client Portal, your clients must be invited to create a secure login to the portal for security purposes. For instructions on inviting your clients to the Client Portal, click here.
- There is a transaction threshold permitted by your Stripe account for up to $10,000.00. You are able to increase this threshold by contacting Stripe and submitting the appropriate documentation. Click here to sign into your Stripe account to send a request: Contact Stripe
