Choose the desired client.
Click the Edit Details button
Change the Status to "Disabled." (It's located at the bottom of the right column)
Click the Save button.
- Click Clients via the navigation bar
- Click on the desired client
- Top right, click the blue "Disable" button
If you disabled a client and you want to reactivate a client you can follow the steps below:
- Click Clients via the navigation bar
- Click to "Show Filters"
- Change the Status from Active to All (or Disabled)
- Click on the desired client
- Top right, click the "Activate" button
To include disabled clients in your reports:
Make sure the "Include Disabled" clients icon is Bold in your report filters(counter-clockwise arrow seen below).
