When you add a new client you have the option to fill in a Client ID (note this ID will not show on Invoices, and can only be viewed in Reports when using the Client Project Creation report). If you do not create an ID for the client, the system will automatically assign them an ID but you can edit the client to change the ID at any point.
**Note: each ID must be different and you can not have the same ID set for multiple clients.**
