Bill4Time allows for contacts to exist at the Firm level, and be related to Client, Matters, or both. This is useful when you recommend services from another contact (like an accountant) to your clients, and want to connect the same contact (accountant) to numerous clients or matters.
Create a Contact:
- Go to the Client Tab
- Click Manage Contacts
- Click Add Contact
- Add the details to the contact and save.
Add a Client Contact:
- Go to the specific client.
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on the blue Add Contact button on the right.
- Click on the name of the desired contact.
- If you don't see the name of the specific contact, click the ADD Contact button, enter the information for the Contact, and then the blue Save button at the bottom.
Add a Matter Contact:
- Go to the specific matter.
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on the blue Add Contact button on the right.
- Click on the name of the desired contact.
- If you don't see the name of the specific contact, click the ADD Contact button, enter the information for the Contact, and then the blue Save button at the bottom.
