Invoice Batch Zip Download

Bill4Time has enhanced the Invoice Batch Zip Download functionality to utilize the Data Management page. This provides a more efficient and streamlined way for users to access and manage their invoices. The data management tab offers a centralized location for file downloads, making it easier to retrieve, store, and share invoices. 

Benefits of the Data Management tab:

• Acts as an audit log for all invoices you've downloaded
• Provides access to the download (ZIP file) for up to 30 days after the initial download
• Allows access to download the file to multiple devices from one page

How to Use the Invoice Batch Zip Download

1. Create Zip File
   • Open a Batch Invoice and click Create Zip to generate a compressed file containing your invoices
   • The system will process your request and prepare the file for download
2. Access Your Downloads
   • Navigate to the Data Management section
   • Once the file is ready, you will find it on your File Downloads page
   • Click on the file to download it to your computer

What is a Zip File?

A Zip file is a compressed format that combines multiple files into a single, more manageable file. This makes downloading, storing, and sharing large sets of invoices much easier while reducing file size for faster transfers.
