To create a statement navigate to the new Bill4Time Statements tab.
- The option to select the invoices/clients you would like to create a statement for will appear
- Checkmark each line you would like to have to appear on a statement
- Click the "Create Statement" button in the upper right-hand corner
Setting the filters at the top of the Statements tab will allow you to customize how your statements are created.
Statements Filter: Choose either "All Clients", or choose to filter for only "Items with outstanding balances".
Client Status: Choose either active clients, disabled clients or include all clients.
Start Date: Choose your date range (Note: The Start Date is not chosen by default. The system will pull all unbilled activity since the inception of your client/project, unless a Start Date is chosen to establish the beginning of the billing cycle.)
End Date: Choose your date range.
Statement Date: This is the date when the statement is issued.
Account Manager: Filter by Account Manager.
Include Unpaid Invoices: This will include a summary of all unpaid invoices from the beginning of the client's start date.
