Statements: Download Options

Bill4Time statements can now be downloaded individually or in bulk as a zip file.

To download your statements, follow these steps:

1. Go to View Statements: 
2. Next Select the Statements:
   1. Use the top box to select all or select each row/statement individually
   2. Statements can be downloaded from recent statements or statement history.
3. Navigate to the Download Button: You'll see options to download as a PDF or create a zip file.
   1. Here you can Select Download PDF or Create Zip File
      1. Download PDF: Download each statement directly to your PC
      2. Create Zip File: This will create a Zip file that can be downloaded from the Data Management Tab.
         1. Zip files are a file format that combines multiple files into a single compressed file. This makes the zip file easier and faster to download, transport, or store.
            
4. Access Your Downloads: Go to your downloads page once the download is complete. You'll find the file ready to be saved to your PC. Opening this file reveals a folder containing each statement you selected.
