- Clicking the "Print" option (rather than "Create PDF") will print the HTML version of an invoice. If your browser's printer settings are setup to allow the URL or Page #'s to show, then those will also be included on the printed HTML version of the invoice.
- To turn these settings off and remove the unwanted detail from your invoices, follow the steps below for your specific web browser:
Safari - for Mac
- Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
- Press the Command (or Control) & P keys to open up the Print Details Dialogue box
- Make sure this is no check mark next to the phrase "Print headers and footers"
- Click the Print button
Firefox - for Mac
- Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
- Press the Command (or Control) & P keys to open up the Print Details Dialogue box
- Next to Page Headers and Page Footers, make sure you have all three pull-down menus blank
- Click the Print button
Firefox - for PC
- Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
- Click Menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top right of your browser window and choose Print
- Click on Page Setup in the upper left
- Click the Margins & Header/Footer tab
- At the bottom of the dialogue box, make sure that the three bottom pull-down menus show "--blank--"
- Click the Ok button & proceed to print the invoice
Internet Explorer - for PC
- Click on the Cog Wheel icon under the Red X in your browser
- Hover over Print and click into Page Setup
- Change the three pull-down menus under Header to be "-Empty-"
- Change the three pull-down menus under Footer to be "-Empty-"
- Click the OK button and proceed to print the invoice
Chrome - for PC & Mac
- Hover over the HTML invoice and right click, then choose "Print"
- Click "More Settings"
- UNCHECK "Headers and Footers"
- Click the "Save" button
Edge - for PC

Hover over the HTML invoice and right click, then choose "Print"

In the print settings dialog, scroll down and click "More Settings"

UNCHECK "Headers and Footers"

Click the blue "Print" button
