The Invoice A/R Aging report now provides matter breakdown totals on the report. This means that an invoice number may appear several times to represent the breakout of the matter totals. Please see the example below!
In this example, the report is filtered to show only Client "Calvin Jew." The Client has three matters with invoices with outstanding balances that appear on the report (see the column with bright teal boxes under Matter Total):
- Business Restructure with a matter total of $1731.00
- Estate Planning with a matter total of $714.89
- Nia Trial with a matter total of $8574.11
And a total of seven invoices, with the balances on the report (See the column with the dark blue boxes under Invoice Total):
- Invoice #10028 total $540.00
- Invoice #10043 total $854.00
- Invoice #10055 total $565.00
- Invoice #10057 total $1.00
- Invoice #10067 total $2845.00
- Invoice #10080 total $1695.00
- Invoice #10085 total $4520.00
Invoice #10085 appears three times because it is a multi-matter invoice with time for all three matters. The invoice amount is not reflected multiple times in the client totals, but the invoice amount does repeat to show the full scope of the invoice.
