COMMONLY USED REPORTS
Account Activity
General accounting report that shows a history of payments, invoices, and balance adjustments for a client. The Account Activity reports reflect payments that were made from the Trust account to the operating account.
This report has filters for – invoiced amount, payments, adjustments, unbilled activity, outstanding balance, and expense breakdown.
You can group by account isolation, client, or client/project. There is also an additional filter to group by Account Manager.
Account Balance
Accounting report that shows the balance due (amount invoiced without payments applied) and the unbilled (the amount that is currently waiting to be invoiced) for each Project.
Client List
This report shows Creation Date, Client ID, Client Name, Client Billing Name, Client Type, Account Manager, Address, Contact Details, and Currency.
Collections
Report showing payments collected toward each invoice and the users and their billable amounts per payment. Payments must be applied in order to show up on the report.
Inactivity Report
Report showing how long since a Project has been worked on.
Additional filters for including Projects Without Work and Closed Projects.
Grouping options of Account Manager, No Grouping, and User.
Invoice A/R Aging
Standard accounts receivable aging report. Only payments that have been applied to invoices will be included in this report.
There are filters for Snapshot Mode, and Summary Only. Additional advanced filters for 120, Total Due, and Total Overdue.
This report is grouped by Client.
Invoice Email
History of invoices that have been emailed after 11/09/2011, grouped by client. This report shows automatic and manually sent invoice emails – with Sent Status.
Invoice Status Report
Payments need to be applied to invoices in order for these to be marked as paid. If payments are not applied to invoices in your system, then use the Account Activity report instead.
Project Summary Report
This report will show Private Description, Public Description, Expenses, Internal Time, Activity, Non-Billable Time, Summary Only, Entry Times, and Display Names Last, First.
Realization
The realization rate is calculated by the amount billed/finalized divided by the total hours. WIP in this report is any hours that are unbilled or on a Pre-Bill.
Summary II
Time and billable amount, grouped and totaled by Client, Project, or User. It also contains unbilled data and totals.
Additional checkbox filters for - show the Description Column, Summary Only, Include Expenses, and Internal Time.
Advanced filters include Client Type, Project Type, Billable Type, Billing Status, Activity Type, and Expense Type.
Trust
Historical activity of trust accounts.
This report also provides checkbox options for - Show Check Numbers, Description, Check Status, and Hide Zero Balance Subtotals.
There is an additional filter for Transaction Types – No Filter, Deposits, Disbursements, and Payments.
Data can be grouped by – Account Manager, Bank Account, Client, Month, or Project.
There are radio buttons option for invoice payment options – Not to be included, Include Payments, or Include Finalized Invoice Payments.
