Run a Conflict Check with just one click of a button by entering of a name to search for in the database!
If you are on the Legal Pro or Enterprise Plan you will see this check icon at the top of the screen:
Results of the Conflict Check pull from every field in Bill4Time that contains text matching the search phrase.
The conflict checker will search through all:
Clients, Client Notes, Projects, Project Notes, Organization names, Contacts, Time Entries, Expense Entries, Internal Time Entries, Emails, Address 1 fields, Address 2 fields, Department fields, and Scheduled events.
Clicking one of the listed results will open that item for further review.
Please note: To access the Conflict Checker, a user can be any User Type, however they must have the following User Permissions enabled via the User Permissions Tab for the user:
“Create/Edit clients”
“Create/Edit/Close Projects”
“View other users’ time/expenses”
