Canceled Trial or Subscription
If you didn't add a credit card to your trial before it ended, then you need to update your subscription. You will see this message in your Bill4Time account when trying to log in. Once you click reactivate subscription you will be asked to confirm you'd like to reactivate.
If you see this error message below, you'll just want to navigate back to add a payment method to your account. Press cancel, and you'll be taken back to the Manage Subscriptions. Select Payment Methods, then you can add a credit Card or ACH information.

Returning User
To reactivate an account you previously had, you may need to update your credit card or ACH one file. Please follow the same steps above. You may also have unpaid monthly subscriptions that will be paid at reactivation. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to support@bill4time.com.
