To update your current credit card information, please follow the steps below: (Note: Only the system administrator can view or change billing information.)
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen and select Subscription.
- Click the Update Payment Method button.
- Fill in the fields shown on the Payment Method screen.
- Click the Add button.
Update Billing Method: Canceled Account
If you have any outstanding invoices, they will show on the screen before you add your payment method. You will be responsible for paying these invoices before reactivating.
