Enabling Enterprise Add-On

If you would like to enable Enterprise before your next renewal date, please reach out to our success team at support@Bill4Time.com. 

They will be happy to assist you in upgrading immediately. 

Remove Enterprise Add-On

If you would like to remove the enterprise add on to your subscription, go to your subscription page.  Then select the View/Edit Subscription button, once the modal opens select Change plan. 

Please note: this change will go into effect for your next billing cycle.

Firms 
The Enterprise plan allows for Unlimited Data Imports and the creation of Custom Fields.

You will want to review your account before downgrading.  Previously imported data and data stored in Custom Fields will remain intact, however you will lose access to any Custom Reports** and Custom Invoice templates** that were created while this add-on was enabled.

You may downgrade your account three months after your last import/custom field request was completed.

Bill4Time previously supported Custom Reports and Custom Templates but as of 04/22/2022 we no longer offer this service.
