You are responsible for all charges incurred while your account/profile is still active. Please refer to the refund information below, for whichever billing method you're currently on.
MONTHLY BILLING
We do not provide any prorated refunds for accounts or user profiles that are deactivated in the middle of a monthly billing cycle.
Once you've disabled a user (or canceled your account), you do remain responsible for any current charges associated with your monthly billing cycle.
Disabling Users in your Account
If you disable a user in your account you will not be charged for them again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you disabled a user on the 24th, you are responsible for the charges on your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
NOTE: Disabling all users within an account will not result in automatic cancellation, your subscription charge will be processed for the minimum amount of a single user. A formal request to cancel must be made no fewer than 5 days before your next billing cycle in order to avoid further billing charges.
ANNUAL BILLING
We do not provide any prorated refunds for accounts or user profiles that are deactivated during an already paid annual billing cycle.
Paying for X number of users on an Annual Plan is essentially paying for X number of "seats", and any "seats" paid for may be utilized for the rest of that paid annual billing cycle.
Any additional users added beyond your original "seat" count at the time of your last billing cycle will be billed immediate on a separate pro-rated invoice, (based on the number of months remaining in that current billing cycle). Should those additional users remain active at the the time of your next annual billing cycle, they will likewise be reflected in that next annual billing charge.
Once you've disabled a user (or canceled your account), you remain responsible for any current charges associated with your annual billing cycle.
